- DESIGNED FOR COSMETIC REPAIRS & CUSTOM COLOR MATCHING White gelcoat can be tinted with compatible gelcoat or polyester colorants to match existing finishes. Add pigments before introducing MEKP catalyst for consistent color results, from light pastel tones to deeper custom shades.
- EASY APPLICATION BY BRUSH, ROLLER, OR SPRAY Thick, non-sag formula delivers excellent coverage and control during application. Offers a workable pot life of approximately 20–25 minutes at 77°F and cures to a surface that sands, buffs, and polishes smoothly to a high-gloss finish.
- SELECT THE CORRECT GELCOAT FOR YOUR APPLICATION Use gelcoat without wax for initial polyester resin layups or mold surfaces. Choose gelcoat with wax for final coats when a tack-free cure is required. If thinning is needed, use styrene only and follow recommended ratios.
- AVAILABLE OPTIONS, SIZES & COVERAGE DETAILS Offered in white, with or without wax depending on application needs. White gelcoat is available in pint, quart and gallon sizes; Includes MEKP catalyst. Approximate coverage: 12.8 sq ft/gal at 1/8", 25.7 sq ft at 1/16", and 51.3 sq ft at 1/32".
